Meet Carmen
Senior Administration Officer
Carmen is an integral part of Active EP’s administration team, welcoming clients and supporting the clinic from Monday to Friday in her role as receptionist and administrative assistant. With her friendly and approachable nature, Carmen ensures that every client feels supported from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside of the clinic, Carmen is a passionate distance runner, competing in events from 5km to half marathons, with a particular love for the 5km and 10km distances. She has raced across athletics, cross-country, and road running events, bringing the same dedication to her sport as she does to her work.
Carmen has also completed a Diploma of Professional Pilates with National Pilates Training, further expanding her knowledge in health, movement, and well-being.
With a background in administration across a range of industries, Carmen brings strong organisational skills and excellent client service to the team. She enjoys helping others and takes pride in creating a smooth and supportive experience for all Active EP clients.
