Prepare your space and equipment for your session
Step 3:
Get started and enjoy the benefit from your active@home program.
Step 4:
Record your progress on the tracking sheet provided

- Theraband
- Resistance tubing and/or Powerband
- Place to attach resistance band at waist height
- Dumbbells are optional
