Meet Gemma

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Gemma is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed her Master of Exercise Physiology at La Trobe University. She is passionate about using exercise to help people of all ages and abilities improve their health, performance, and quality of life.

She takes a patient-centred approach, working closely with each client to build confidence, improve well-being, and increase exercise capacity. Gemma has a strong interest in supporting people with diabetes, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, and neurological conditions. She designs programs that are always safe, specific, and tailored to individual needs.

Her professional experience includes working in private practice, public hospitals, and community health, where she has helped many clients manage cardiac, neurological, and metabolic conditions. Gemma enjoys guiding people on their journey to better health and function, adapting exercise plans to suit their goals and lifestyle.

Outside of work, Gemma loves walking her cavoodle, playing netball, and spending time with friends and family. She is also a trainer with the South Croydon Football Club, combining her passion for sport with her commitment to community health.
