Midday Muscles

  • Effective and efficient¬†holistic lunch time exercise program including pilates, muscle toning, postural correction and functional strengthening

Active Strength

  • Young athlete strength and conditioning group targeted at those recovering from injury, wanting to prevent the occurrence of injury or wanting to enhance performance in their specific sport/activity

Active Health

  • Type 2 diabetes program that utilises medicare item numbers for those with a Team Care Arrangement with the doctors
